Back Again
MCM vs Si Spex

A deviously butchered rare groove classic gets the full AKAI treatment and with the addition of one of the UKs funkiest fluid flows this track should put to test any new club tune.

MCM – Highly regarded as a pioneer of UK hip hops 1st explosion (circa 88-93) as ‘Caveman’ on Profile Records. MCM released 2 highly acclaimed LPs and a string of classic singles including ‘Victory’, ‘Fry Ya Like Fish’ and Top 40 hit ‘I’m Ready’.

SI SPEX – Former Creator Si has had over 30 releases spanning some 10 years providing production for artists such as ‘Mos Def’, ‘Nas’, ‘Dilated Peoples’ and ‘Mobb Deep’. On his most recent vinyl excursion Si attempted to redefine the cut n’paste genre with his devastating “Fly Like A Seagull” for which Grandslam Mag recently awarded the unofficial world record for most individual samples in a dance record!

Jungle Mystery / Hear a Sound / La Lonna La Luna
Harmonic 33

Three essential quality tracks from one of the worlds finest beat makers.

HARMONIC 33 – a.k.a Mark Pritchard (Troubleman, Jedi Knights, Global Communications, Reload.. to name but a few!) and Dave Brinkworth (Troubleman Co-Producer). What more do we need to say? Mark has ‘the fattest beats in the industry’ according to Kenny Dope and the 3 amazing cuts provided on this 12” are no exception to that statement. Enjoy
